Easy to throw together and appears to be a healthy option. Had all the ingredients in the house and made right after reading the recipe. Dumped all the players in a condiment squeeze bottle and shook it all about. Tasted straight away and the dressing was great. Can’t wait to use it after it’s been in the fridge for a bit. The maple syrup I used has less than 15g of carbs and none of the other ingredients note any carbohydrates on their nutrition lables, so there no way a serving of this dressing contains the amount listed in the nutrition info…. Not that it matters. Thanks for a great and healthy recipe🌺

I was skeptical about using apple cider vinegar in a salad dressing, but it turned out delicious! The vinegar adds such a bright tang that complements the olive oil perfectly. This dressing also came together so quickly. It’s definitely going to be a new staple in my kitchen!
