My daughter tried this Asian cucumber salad recipe for our family dinner last night and it was an instant favorite! She was so proud that this light and refreshing salad she made got big raves from her brothers and father.

This came out pretty good. I followed the recipe exactly. The next time around I would add one more tablespoon of sesame oil and probably another tablespoon of soy to bump up the Asian flavors.

In reply to Stacie. Hi Stacie. Yes, regular sesame oil will work. It just won't have the deeper nutty flavor that toasted sesame oil has. However, it will still be delicious. I hope you enjoy!
