I love everything about it. It’s so simple to make, a little goes a long way and it tastes fantastic! I keep thinking of more dishes to add it to as a finishing touch. My absolute favorite way to serve it is over a spinach salad with sliced almonds, dried cranberries and goat cheese. The most wonderful salad I have ever eaten year round. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.
