I do have a section in the post about adjusting the spice level, but you’ve got me thinking I should include that tip directly in the recipe card for easier access. was very good but definitely doesn’t need the cayenne as the sausage has some definite heat to it, I normally like spicy stuff and it was almost too much spice for me. I also used half and half and a Tbs of corn starch to thinking it up a bit ..

So excited to try this recipe. It looks delicious with andouille sausage and bowtie pasta (my favorites). Thank you for showing how to make it less or more spicy in the adjusting spice section. Very helpful.
