Hi Libby. You can, however it may be overly sweet. I would recommend using frozen pitted cherries with the cornstarch for just the right amount of sweetness. Please let me know how it goes. Happy baking!

Your Easy Cherry Crisp recipe was a huge hit at my Memorial Day BBQ! I served it warm with vanilla ice cream on top. it was a great combination of sweetness and crunch. Unfortunately there was nothing left after everyone wanted seconds.
