This cherry upside down pistachio cake is one of the best cakes I have ever made. If you are going to a potluck and want to take something different…and get lots of compliments…this will soon be your cake of choice. It’s pretty, easy to make, and tastes so darned good! It’s equally good with pecans instead of pistachios. I like it both ways!
