In reply to Linda Delsnider. Hi Linda! It freezes very well! For the best texture, freeze it without the glaze and add the icing after thawing so it looks fresh and bright. You can freeze it with the glaze on, just make sure it’s fully set first. The glaze may soften a bit after thawing but the gingerbread will still taste wonderful. I hope you enjoy!

Another new holiday favorite! I haven’t made gingerbread in years, and this brought back some fond childhood memories. The citrus glaze was a nice twist! I’ll be spreading this joy to my neighbors this year! Easy to make, two loaves per recipe, a wonderful holiday gift!
