This is the best recipe!! Thank you so much. I have made a lot of sausage but I am loving this. I couldn&#039;t use cayenne pepper and used half the salt and it was still fantastic. Can&#039;t wait for it to set up and blend, we tried it right after I mixed it up.
Have to try it with venison this fall.
