I am so happy to hear you enjoy this dip. This is such a great question. Honestly, I have not tried it yet because it always disappears too quickly. I would image if frozen in an airtight container, defrosted in the refrigerator over night and then heated at 350℉ until bubbly it would be rather tasty.

Hi Tina, 
I am really big about the 100% grass-fed products for the nutritional elements. These cheeses usually come not dyed. I am not 100% convinced that all the yellow cheddars are harmful because they are using annatto and I would cook with annatto. I just always lean towards the organic, grass-fed versions.
Love the idea of the lobster!!!! That sounds wonderful!!]]></description>
