Hi Donna! Pork chops cook really nicely in the air fryer with this rub. Cook them at 375°F for about 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Thinner chops will cook faster, while thicker ones may need a few extra minutes. You’re looking for an internal temp of 145°F, then let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Hope you enjoy them!

Thank you so much, Linda! That makes me so happy to hear! I love that you make it in larger batches. Can I ask, how do you keep the brown sugar from clumping? That’s been the biggest challenge for many when making it ahead of time.

That makes me so happy to hear! Honestly, I often have to lower the chipotle or eliminate it when I have little ones or anyone with more delicate taste buds eating.
Thank you so much for giving the recipe and try and coming back to comment.

Absolutely delicious! We ate every bite and wished for more! I must confess--I didn't use any chipotle and I used a smoked paprika/garlic blend from Pampered Chef.

Excellent rib rub!
My husband rubs the ribs then lightly brushes on our favorite bbq sauce.
Wraps tightly in foil & grill low. Then he’ll put ribs directly on grill. Wow.
Very delicious!
Thanks.
