Hi Leanne! I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed this Goulash and I am so sorry for the delayed response. Cooked gnocchi doesn’t freeze the best, as it can become a bit mushy when thawed and reheated. If you do freeze it, I’d recommend freezing in single portions and reheating gently to minimize texture changes. I hope this helps!]]></description>
