Deelish! Made this for my picky-eater mom who’s diabetic and she loved it! Didn’t have cannellini beans so used chickpeas instead. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I’m looking forward to trying it with other beans.

That’s a huge does of protein into one dish. I love it! It would be such a quick lunch or dinner that would leave me full for hours.
