					<description><![CDATA[Made the recipe as stated. Only substitution was Chardonnay for the sherry. It was excellent. For those who do not like a lot of heat cut back on the red pepper flakes or omit altogether. Made the Mexican chorizo as I had all the ingredients on hand. It’s a keeper. Used gf spaghetti instead of regular pasta. Very yummy.]]></description>
