Heather, if you could make a recipe for fried zucchini and when serving splash with fresh lemon juice, that would be delicious! We had it like that at a restaurant and it was so good and the kids were excited to squeeze the lemon slices over their portions! They even asked to get another order of them which really surprised us!
Let me know when you come up with one, becuz I would love to redo this with the kids and even involve them making them. Good Luck!
