We thoroughly enjoyed the casserole and it was just as good reheated the next day. I halved the recipe, used fresh salmon and didn’t add the olives (husband is not a fan). Delicious. Will definitely make again.

I just had to leave a comment to express how much I adore your Salmon Noodle Casserole recipe! It has truly become a staple in my home and a regular part of our meal prep rotation. The fact that I can make it ahead of time and simply pop it in the oven when needed is a game-changer. The combination of noodles, savory sauce, and melted cheese is pure comfort food bliss. Oh and it is really good with tuna, too!
