We started a new holiday tradition and trust me, THIS will become the new GO TO holiday dessert! The only change I made to the recipe was using a pre-made chocolate cookie pie shell -- we are serious chocolate fans! When I made the chocolate pudding filling, I had a little leftover that wouldn't fit in the pie shell, so gave it to my brother who exclaimed, "It tastes just like a York peppermint patty!" It traveled well (about 30 minutes) to my destination -- I simply made the whipped cream topping about three hours before leaving and let it set in the frig until time to go. Thank you for making my holidays a little bit sweeter!!!
