Hi Ruthie! A mocktail version sounds like a great idea! You could try blending lemon sorbet with sparkling water or a mild citrus soda for a refreshing, alcohol-free take. It won’t be exactly the same, but it’ll still be light, frothy, and delicious.

Yummy! Great summer drink. The only thing I altered was adding an additional splash of Prosecco in each glass after the blend, for a little more wine taste. Thanks for the recipe.

I came across this drink when visiting Cairns recently and am now obsessed with it. I’m not blending, just adding the spirit and sparkling to the glass, also a yuzu sochu is perfect, if you have access to japanese or korean alcohol
