I don’t have an air fryer, but my trusty crockpot made the most insanely delicious shredded chicken for these cheesy nachos! Piled high on chips with your pico de gallo and guacamole recipes, these chicken nachos were gone in minutes!

I ended up using a rotisserie chicken in place of the Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Breasts recipe as you put in the recipe notes and it worked really well. This dish is hearty and so fresh tasting especially with your homemade guacamole and Pico de Gallo recipes.
