I made your Mango Shrimp Salsa on New Years Eve, I would like to say Thank you so much !!!! It was soooooo Yummmmy and I think it would be Amazing with many of our fish plates. It was very colorful, which we need in winter… and the roasted Jalapeno was so good … much tastier than a raw Jalapeno.. don’t get me wrong I love them too … but this salsa hit the spot !!! Thank you again & hope you all have a Happy New Year !!!
