This is one of my new favorite salads! The dressing is delicious and the combination of strawberries, walnuts & feta works so well! This was a big hit at a recent get together!

This recipe is delicious and so easy to make. I have made this for several parties, and it is always a huge hit, and everyone always wants the recipe. I now print several copies to take along and give them when they ask. I take the extra time to pick off all the stems on the spring mix and it makes for a prettier and cleaner looking salad. it’s clearly a matter of preference and time management. I love the conversion chart to do all the math for me when I need to make 30-80 servings rather than the recipe’s 8 servings. So easy and convenient! Thank you for sharing this amazing and delicious recipe!
