Turkey Pesto Panini

An easy and flavorful sandwich to pair with soup for those cold winter nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2-3 tbsp pesto *I used my Toasted Walnut Pesto see above for link
  • 2 slices of turkey lunch meat
  • 3 slices roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 slices mozzarella

Instructions

  • Spread pesto on both slices of bread. Layer with Turkey, cheese and bell peppers. Cook in panini maker for approximately 10 minutes. If there is no panini maker, toast bread first and then layer with all ingredients.
