Notes

Recipe Notes
Note #1- This Measuring Shot Glass is an easy way to measure when making a single drink. However, I prefer using my Citrus Juicer with Measuring Cup
Note #2- Proportions for a Pitcher:
  • 750 milliliter bottle of Prosecco
  • 2 cups Limoncello
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water
Instructions for a Pitcher:
  1. Add the limoncello, sparkling and Prosecco to the pitcher first.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Layer in lemon slices.
  4. Add ice and stir gently again.
  5. Serve immediately.
Note #3- Storing the Limoncello in the freezer is a wonderful way to extend the life of the liqueur and helps to make this cocktail icy cold.
