- 2 cups rolled oats *gluten free oats for gluten free
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 lg eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp oil *for cooking pancakes
*Please use as many organic ingredients as possible.
**I have found time and time again that 2 cups of rolled oats equals 2 cups of oat flour.
