Notes
Recipe NotesNote #1- 3 tablespoons finely diced fresh oregano can replace the dried oregano. Note #2- 2 tablespoons of fresh julienned basil can replace the dried basil. Note #3- Parmigiano Reggiano is an authentic aged Italian parmesan that adds a delicious complex nuttiness, giving this homemade dressing an amazing flavor. This rotary hand grater is the easiest way to grate fresh parmesan. Note #4- It is important to note that this dressing can be made in a blender or hand shaken in a mason jar or salad dressing shaker. However, I have found whisking to be best for emulsifying the dressing with the least amount of effort.Note #5- This dressing will remain fresh for 3-4 days if refrigerated and stored in a salad dressing container.
