Ingredients

  • 1/2 head med cabbage *shredded about 6 cups
  • 1 lg pickle *diced about 1/2 cup
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar or raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp mayonnaise *1/2 cup for extra creamy

Instructions

  • Place shredded cabbage, diced pickle, vinegar and mayo in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until served.
