  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups low carb avocado mayo
  • 1 tbsp dried dill *or 3 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley *finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice *see tips above for a less zippy ranch
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce


  • Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk well until fully incorporated. Refrigerate until needed in a glass container. 


Please use as many organic ingredients as possible. 
This goes great on top of Avocado Chicken Salad
