Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing is made with the simple ingredients and comes together in just 5 minutes. This vinagrette is amazing on salads, fish, grain salads and raw or roasted veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed or minced garlic *about 3-4 medium sized garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Add olive oil to a medium sized mixing bowl and slowly whisk in the apple cider vinegar until the two ingredients are fully combined and emulsified.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and whisk well.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.

*Please use as many organic ingredients as possible.
