- 1 (15oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) *drained and rinsed, 2 cups
- 2 ripe medium avocados
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 5 large cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 2 roasted red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- fresh cilantro
- drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
